Determining the IOS version
show version
To configure multiple ports at once
switch# config t switch(config)#interface range FastEthernet0/20 - 24
Show status of all interfaces
show int status
Show the serial number from the IOS
show idprom all
Delete a directory from flash
delete /recursive /force flash:/name_of_directory
